About

I have been in clinical practice for over 15 years, right here in the Syracuse area. My work is integrative, and unique to each individual.

My approach is to collaboratively identify areas of personal growth, while providing a safe space for you to be authentic.

I draw from mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and family system theories.

I work with teens and adults from a multitude of racial, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

The majority of my professional work has focused on trauma, anxiety, depression and eating disorders.

Everyone has different experiences, and I am here to listen and help without judgment. I strive to create an inclusive and culturally aware environment where you will be heard, supported and empowered.
